Rachael Cook
Rachael Lee Cook was born on October 4 on 1979. She has appeared in the films The Baby-Sitters Club (1995), She's All That (1999), and Josie and the Pussycats (2001) as well as in the TV series Into the West and Perception. Tifa Lockhart is her voice. Rachael Leigh Cook was born in Minneapolis, Minnesota, the daughter of Thomas Howard Cook, a social worker who was a stand-up comedian as well as JoAnn Cook, who is a cooking teacher and weaver. She is part Italian. Cook was able to make her public service announcement in foster care when she was seven years old. Cook also began modeling as a child print model when she was 10 years old and was featured in national advertisements for Target. She attended Clara Barton Open School, Laurel Springs School, and Minneapolis South High School.
