NF
Nathan John Feuerstein (born March 30, 1991) and known by his initials NF (stylized as IF), is an American musician, rapper as well as songwriter, record producer and songwriter. Two EPs were released, I'm Free (2012) [3and a self-titled EP by Capitol CMG in 2014. Mansion was his debut major label album, came out in March of 2015. His second studio album Therapy Session came out on April 22, 2016. It was a top 12 album on the US Billboard 200. His albums have received numerous awards including the Gospel Music Association Dove Award in Rap/Hip Hop Album (Therapy Session). Perception the album released by NF in 2017, was ranked number one in the United States, and was certified platinum. The third single, "Let You Go" was a top 12 hit in the United States. Billboard Hot 100 and a top ten international hit. The follow-up album, The Search (2019) was a commercial hit. Feuerstein explained that rap was a way to escape his family during his childhood. He would record songs using his Karaoke machine. The raps he penned were recorded using one microphone. Feuerstein released his own debut album Moments on November 29, 2010, under his real name. He dropped "Alone" as his first single on August 2, 2011. Brooke Griffith was the songwriter and producer for the song. Xist Music came to Feuerstein’s work in 2012. Feuerstein debuted his expanded play I'm Free on May 2, 2012 with production work by Profitt. The playlist included nine tracks, including "Alone". The EP also contained an original version of Alone with Sean Simmonds. Xist released a teaser for the release of their self-titled extended piece, NF, but Feuerstein quit the label after a dispute and the release of NF was postponed. NF was accompanied by a song, "Only One", featuring Shuree, Williams, on the compilation album of the label, Move Vol 1 The singer released a single, "Beautiful Addiction", on the 4th of November, 2013. Profitt again made an appearance in the track. Additionally, Danielle Swift sang.
