 Milana Aleksandrovna Vayntrub of the American is an actor comedian, activist, and actress. After emigrating to America she was born in the Soviet Union to Jewish parents. Her first professional work was as a child actor. In AT&T television commercials she played the character of Lily Adams (saleswoman) from 2013 until 2016 and into the year 2020. She was also a frequent series regular on Yahoo! Screen science fiction comedy Other Space (2015). She also played a recurring role as a character in the NBC drama This Is Us (2016)-2017. Vayntrub is also the voice for Squirrel girl on Marvel Rising since 2018, after she was cast in the unaired television pilot New Warriors. Vayntrub is was a Jewish person, was born in Tashkent (Uzbek Soviet Socialist Republic), USSR. At the age of 2, she immigrated with her parents to U.S. to escape antisemitism. She settled in West Hollywood. Due to financial hardships within the family, she started acting in Mattel Barbie commercials when she was five years old. Vayntrub briefly attended Beverly Hills High School, but she dropped out of the school in her sophomore year. She obtained an GED and went to complete the Bachelor of Arts in Communication at the University of California, San Diego. Vayntrub was a student of improv comedy at the Upright Citizens Brigade.
